You can always count on an unfriendly experience. There is rarely someone available to take your order and they make you wait because they don't want you to operate the kiosk yourself. It's nice that it's touchless and that's why I still go there.
No brushes used here. And they also have someone at the end that dries off your car.
They were really nice. They spray your car before you drive through and dry it with towels as you leave. They were professional and kind.
