The towing side of business doesn’t answer the phone for their customers or seeking customers, I recommend going through AAA in order for them to answer. The driver recommended I get my repairs for my car fixed at the mechanic shop on the side of the tow company & my experience has been horrible. The mechanic shop overcharged me, stated he did repairs he did not do, and after I got my car back my ESC/traction light came on & it wasn’t on when he received my car. The drivers are some of the rudest and unprofessional people ever...They can not drive at all....Yesterday july 16 we had one of the flat bed drivers cut us off at shiloh and northwest highway and then had the nerve to flip us off...They hit my truck with my disabled granddaughter in the vehicle and there will be one less no driving sob on the road...
Great quality service. Big Thanks to Tim Taylor for coming out to my home and fixing the problem on my 2017 2500 Diesel Ram. He found the problem and had it fixed within 10min.
