United Cab is by far the worst and unreliable cab company I’ve ever dealt with. Pedro Polanco and Adam(if that’s even his name) promised my group a pick up and even requested a deposit of $40 from us to guarantee the pickup. All they gave us was an empty promise and took our money and left us stranded for an hour and half. Worst part about our trip to Orlando. Would highly not recommend this company and if you guys truly felt bad about what happened, some action should be taken.
Recommendedi used this cab company regularly. My driver Aj is excellent he is always dependable, car is always clean, he is also very patient and treat me and my kids like we are a priority.. i will always use this cab service before i call any other company
Cab drivers parking in handicap spaces while waiting around for someone to need a ride. never ok.

Cab driver ripped me off. Did not put a Meter on and charged me $20 for a 5 minute ride. Have me a fake number to call. Worst ever!
I called for a cab to pick me up at 7:45am it take 20-25mins to get to where I need to go I need to be at my destination by 8am and they still have not picked me up yet terrible service you guys are completely unreliable
Unbelievable. Flew 16 hours today only to be felt like I was a true inconvenience in my own city. Don't be available if you are inconvenienced by locals or visa credit card holders. Your car actually has a logo that you accept them. This was the worst cab service I've ever experienced. #333 you should retire if you hate your job that much but at the very least don't become an über driver - they are too nice.
