They are outdated, they don't process online payments, they dont process authorized payments off the web page, they say they cant see the authorization on their end, sent a fax to them showing this, send a letter to repossess you vehicle because of missed payments when you authorized them but since they dont process them its your fault. Closed early on a little snow dusting less than a 1/4 inch on the ground they didn’t post it online anywhere they never answer the phone worst bank ever.

I had an absolutely outstanding customer experience - joining the credit union and getting a car loan. The person I dealt with was Carlos Otero. He could not have been more professional - informed, quick to return calls//mails, extremely knowledgeable. He made what I thought might be a bureaucratic and frustrating process very easy. While one of your customers had a somewhat negative interaction with her I would just like to add that I have dealt with her on numerous occasions and found her to be extremely professional polite and caring regarding the issues I had.
