Where to start ! They spoke wonders at the beginning but they did not kept their promises. They built the house on time but when they gave us the keys there was soooo many things that were not done and needed to fix, our lease was over so we had no choice but to move in like that ! Poor painting,outside concrete cracked, lights in the kitchen island uneven, loose doors,lights/faucets in the restrooms uneven etc. 3+ months living in the house we are still waiting for some things to be fixed .They keep telling us that the issu... read more
Our house took some time to get built. We saw 3 different superintendents that were in charge of our build. They finished way past the deadline we originally were given. But if there is any positive you can take away from all of this, is the people that did not need to be there are now gone, and they made sure to get the job done. Im thankful they came back to finish the job and did not leave me with a half finished home.
Jennifer was so helpful in showing us floor plans to get us back home, unfortunately with a new job relocation we will be moving north. We definitely will be keeping Jennifer in mind when it comes to building our dream home!
