United Built Homes was very exceptional to work with. They took the time out to attend every need every detail that I wanted for my new home. I was able to contact them at any time within any needs, questions, or concerns that I had. If I could give them 10 out of 10 stars, I would definitely do so.
We are hands down so happy and impressed with UBH. We met with Alicia in the West Monroe office and she made me immediately worry free. Every question I had (which was a ton) she had an answer and if she didn’t, she was on it immediately finding out. She went thru every layout that fit my needs, different options, etc. we talked about everything in between and nothing was left behind unknown.
