We are hands down so happy and impressed with UBH. We met with Alicia in the West Monroe office and she made me immediately worry free. Every question I had (which was a ton) she had an answer and if she didn’t, she was on it immediately finding out. She went thru every layout that fit my needs, different options, etc. we talked about everything in between and nothing was left behind unknown. UBH is a great option if you’re wanting a template for your home. I always said I never wanted to build because the idea of hand picking every single thing in the house overwhelmed me. UBH and Adam at the West Monroe LA office made it very easy though. Adam had a google doc made up for choices on everything UBH offers and having to choose between 4/5 options vs the entire Lowe’s/ Home Depot store made it so much less daunting.
