Overall, we had a good experience with United Built Homes (UBH). Construction quality was solid, most issues were resolved quickly, and our builder did an excellent job. The main problems came near the end when our builder was transferred from the Conroe office to the League City/Galveston office. My biggest concern is UBH’s in-house financing. Worst experience in a lifetime! We basically rebuilt everything after getting those horrble people out of our house! I cannot believe they are still in business.
United Built Homes (UBH) delivered a fast sales process but fell short in execution. Our initial sales representative, David, guided us efficiently through floor plans, customization options, and financing, answering questions thoroughly. However, he promised features and timelines that weren’t delivered. *** Edit to this review*** This review was written before they even started building and that’s because we were pushed to leave a review. Had I just ignored the office and waited, they would be getting 1 star review. We are not happy or satisfied with the build at all. UBH cuts corners on all cost. One thing I wanted in the build was in the master bath and I wanted a deep garden tub to SOAK in. This was mentioned several times. HOWEVER, we didn’t get to pick the tub.
