We started a build and its off to a bad start, we are building in a non permit required area, so we hired a third party inspector to do our inspections. The inspector asked for the engineers prints and requirements and based off of that he noticed a few items that needed to be fixed before the pouring of the foundation. I made united aware of them and they disregarded any of my attempts to get them fixed they continued with the pour and never showed me proof if the items were fixed. We had a wonderful experience with UBH. Our sales associate was Victoria Carpenter for the Corpus Christi and south Texas area. She was very insightful and helpful. She was there from walking us through the application process all the way through color scheme inside and outside. Vitoria made our experience easy and is there whenever we have any questions.
We just got our home, The process through the bill it was better than I expected, The house was built fast and no findings at the end. Good quality of work! No headaches through the build, thanks to Hector! And thanks to Victoria and Wade the beginning and to finish it’s been smooth! Thank you guys for everything!

Big shout out to Hector and Wade at UBH! Hector was my build supervisor, and he knocked it out of the park with the quick completion of my home! The structural integrity was also top notch! The most impressive part of the build, and compelling reason to write this review is they stand behind their work. I reached out to Wade with a few very small electrical warranty items, and Hector had the electricians out to fix all of the issues THE NEXT DAY which is impressive in this industry!
