United Building Solutions was an excellent choice for the demolition of an existing deck, pool and hot tub area and rebuilding of a deck. I had some tile that needed to be completed, including a whole shower, and it needed to be completed before my mom's surgery. I posted the job late on a Saturday and her surgery was the next Wednesday. Jake rearranged his schedule to get someone here by Monday morning. The guys who showed up were amazing. Very professional, thorough, and their work exceptional. I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you!
I have used United Building Solutions for a number of projects. My first was a basement renovation at my son's home in Patterson Park, Dayton. Jake Freels, the owner, came out personally to asses the job and provide an estimate. I had gotten permits to do the buildout from the City of Dayton. My son and I studded out the outside perimeter, did all the electrical work, insulated, but the city required me to put in a drywall ceiling, not a suspended ceiling, so I had three companies provide bids to drywall the entire basement.... read more
