I have an account, any toll should be $2 for account holders. I went over the before for an emergency and the $2 charge on my account was revoked and replaced with a $5.50 charge. These people are SCAMMERS. They added $80 in late fees to my step father for not paying even though they never sent him a paper bill.

This company doubled the price of a monthly pass, for the use of only two small drawbridges in Bay City Michigan, from $15 to $30 per month, per registered vehicle. Now they are even doing away with monthly passes starting in July so you are forced to pay $2 or $5.50 per crossing? Did so without notifying the City of Bay City, gave a less than 30-day notice to residents, and lied on live TV stating no changes would be made to rates for 2025. Bay City, MI residents are very disappointed that rates have been raised to the point where we can’t afford to cross the bridge. Our entire city is very upset with this company’s actions.
