This company doubled the price of a monthly pass, for the use of only two small drawbridges in Bay City Michigan, from $15 to $30 per month, per registered vehicle. Now they are even doing away with monthly passes starting in July so you are forced to pay $2 or $5.50 per crossing? Did so without notifying the City of Bay City, gave a less than 30-day notice to residents, and lied on live TV stating no changes would be made to rates for 2025. Bay City, MI residents are very disappointed that rates have been raised to the point where we can’t afford to cross the bridge. Our entire city is very upset with this company’s actions.
Horribly mismanaged company. Can't even set up a billing system to correctly bill people for the right thing, then is impossible to work with to make it right.
One of the most unorganized companies I've experienced. They bought our town bridges with a bunch of promises. Bay city bridge partners. Look it up. Now they are price gouging. They also charge the wrong citizen frequently and make you dispute it. Not easy I might add. Citizens have sued them. They will charge extra for objects in truck beds.
