Terrible customer service. The wire service rep was rude, talked over me, then hung up on me after asking simple questions. As an intermediary bank, makes wire transfers annoying on the receiving bank and transfering bank's end.

They refused to let me open a credit card with no explanation or response. Great service
United Bankers' Bank is primarily a "bank for banks". While they do offer some other products directly to consumers, these are generally on behalf of community banks. UBB's staff has always provided excellent customer service to me, both personally and professionally. They are a tremendous asset to any community bank.
