I like this bank. I just called to raise the limit so I could pay a large bill. They asked questions they’ve never asked before. I didn’t understand until I remembered my last call to them. I forgot I put my wife’s email because she’s far better at me when it comes to this stuff. The manager of this location is the rudest woman I have ever dealt with. She is the most heartless I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t understand how someone couldn’t care more than what she does. She in no way has tried to help or suggest a way to help. I’ve dealt with some rude people before but this one has me blown away. Biggest regret was choosing them as our bank.

Horrible just horrible I didn’t know they where going to be close on Saturday too this is Terrible. I’m going to deal with another bank. That want be close on the open day when they supposed to be open
