United Bank has been a Bank that my family has used for a few years now and we always have a great experience when we walk in the door I highly recommend anyone who's looking for a Bank to use United Bank Foley.
I like this bank. I just called to raise the limit so I could pay a large bill. They asked questions they’ve never asked before. I didn’t understand until I remembered my last call to them. I forgot I put my wife’s email because she’s far better at me when it comes to this stuff. The manager of this location is the rudest woman I have ever dealt with. She is the most heartless I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t understand how someone couldn’t care more than what she does. She in no way has tried to help or suggest a way to help. I’ve dealt with some rude people before but this one has me blown away. Biggest regret was choosing them as our bank.
They are very helpful, professional, and dedicated to server.
