call three and four times to get things corrected and they still aren't right.
Been with this bank since it took over my small community bank a while back. Account started in 2008 when I was 16 for an emergency fund. The whole plan was to have it there in case I needed it. Besides all of the times I had to go reactivate the savings account I didn't really have a problem with them. I don't tend to check more than if my account is dormant when it comes to savings since it's just supposed to sit there and grow. RecommendedCustomer Service is wonderful, they went above and beyond.
Very poor customer service, not because of the employees, but because of the lack of! Not enough employees especially between 4 and 6 on Fridays. I have waited behind a line of cars 4-5 cars long in each lane. There is one bank manager. If they are sick or on vacation you have no one to speak with. If you go inside the bank and need to see someone other than a teller you will wait for 30 minutes plus. If it was not such as hassle to change banks I would change in a heartbeat.
