I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The tellers have been so helpful and friendly. They ask for my ID so it feels secure no one takes my money. The manager made sending a wire a breeze for me. 10/10 customer service!

Worse bank I have ever had. Don't make notes or categorize items your money is spent on in on-line banking. After a year's worth of data needed for auditing, United deleted and won't give my records back to me. In the process of closing all accounts. Horrible customer service too.
