On 6/25/26, I visited a different branch of my bank instead of my usual one in downtown Charlottesville. Upon being greeted by a slightly disrespectful teller with negative body language and facial expressions, I informed her that I didn't have my debit card and it was my first time withdrawing without it. Very rude old lady in the drive through,
My husband walked into this bank looking for help for almost 45 minutes. Not only did he not get the help needed, his fund information was rudely told across the bank for all to hear instead of handling the situation in a calm and respectful manner. Stephanie T. was the only person to step up and help him and it only took her 5 minutes to figure out what his issue was and resolve the problem.
