Very rude old lady in the drive through,
My husband walked into this bank looking for help for almost 45 minutes. Not only did he not get the help needed, his fund information was rudely told across the bank for all to hear instead of handling the situation in a calm and respectful manner. Stephanie T. was the only person to step up and help him and it only took her 5 minutes to figure out what his issue was and resolve the problem. It's really hard, and kind of scary, to find a place to put your hard earned money. This is a great bank! I trust them with my money. I have had very positive relationships with the bankers.
