If you want to consistently encounter issues you’ve never encountered at any other bank for your entire life and then get told “every bank has these issues” then it’s a perfect fit. If you want to seamlessly be able to use a card to pay bills, than this is NOT the bank for you
A website tried to do an additional charge, I replied to the automated fraud text, but then the central number said they couldn’t help me. So I called the branch, and the manger is gone for multiple days (as per usual in my experience). I then called again to try to talk to someone, and I was told my literal only option is to take time off of work to come in to the branch to get a new card and until then my money is frozen. I called at 9am to request for someone to call me and The branch manager waited til after hours to call me back JUST TO TELL ME HE CANNOT HELP ME because I have to call the branch that I first opened my account. I already switched everything over to the new branch location when I moved a couple years ago so I am not understanding all this back and forth.
