I called at 9am to request for someone to call me and The branch manager waited til after hours to call me back JUST TO TELL ME HE CANNOT HELP ME because I have to call the branch that I first opened my account. I already switched everything over to the new branch location when I moved a couple years ago so I am not understanding all this back and forth. This establishment has consistently been the least professionally run business I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I’ve been given bad info, barred from accessing my money, and my phone calls will not be returned even no matter how many times I try or how much information I give. If it wasn’t constantly adding stress to my life it would be funny how poorly this place is run.
I could not be happier with the service from the Rockville branch of United Bank. After the passing of my mother, Lourdes (assistant branch manager) went above and beyond during such a dark and devastating time for my family and I. I’ve never looked back after speaking with Lourdes, despite living about 35 minutes away from the branch if that tells you anything! Ousman Saine, Branch Manager, Ana Flores, Asst. Branch Manager and Dolores Lourdes (and all the tellers!) at United Bank Rockville have been a wonderfully helpful group to work with. I've tried business banking at 7 different banks in Maryland and United Bank is head and shoulders above the rest. Even better, Ousman, Ana and Lourdes at this branch stand out even at United Bank.
