United Bank Rockville has literally the best banking customer service in Montgomery County, Maryland. The bank manager is always available for any banking concerns. There are several notaries on hand who have helped us last minute. Thank you United Bank Rockville for always being there for us.
Been banking with this Bank for over 20 years. It's a small bank and they closed two locations (Germantown and Shady Grove) near me which makes it a bit harder to do transactions. However, despite this inconvenience I bank here because I love the staff. Ousman and Dawit are the best. Very friendly and attentive. I feel like I am seeing family when I am greeted by these two. I enjoy talking to them and they are so awesome and helpful. I can honestly say that the bankers I have dealt with over the years have always been great.... read more
