Everyone is so friendly and caring!
I know that head girl Rebecca is always so rude & mean. I believe she needs to go back to school for some knowledge in Customer Service considering she works n a bank it all has to do with Customer Service
I had to show three forms of ID to cash my check I have been cashing my checks here for three or more years and all of a sudden my two forms of ID were not good enough. They threatened to call the police on me because apparently I was rude and yelling. I was never yelling I have a loud voice.... unfortunately there are a bunch of Karen's working here. Zero stars.
