Just horrible!! Worse bank ever!! Not even worth a half star
I've had an account at this branch since 1977. It was convenient because I worked across the street. I don't often need to go inside or use the drive thru very often anymore. When I do, the employees are always happy to help. There is an ATM available outside for your convenience.
Exceptional senior staff go out of their way to make banking easy. Apparenrly I was one of several people to go to United after a poor experience at Chase (Baemae Pl.). United focuses on building customer relationships. Not only did I receive friendly personal service, but the staff went to great lengths to make banking easy. They emailed me forms. When a teller gave wrong information, the staff drove to my home to pick up the check to complete the transaction without any extra work on my part. I completely recommend United ... read more
