United is the best! We could not ask for better customer service!
I give the girls and A plus they always give great service and help with problems that come up with my account they can’t control bank policies for there not the owners , They are great girls and and always helpful and polite. This is at spring mills branch the only one I deal with.
I've called many times in thr past to get my account # normally they ask me questions to verify. This time they stated they can nolonger due so. I use to love this bank from this change to all checks taking at least a day now to be approved when I could get them same day. Going to City National. A lot less headache and better interest rates...side note. I've also never had a bank (I currently have 3) where my card has been hacked so much EVER
Always quick to fix any issues
This is one of the worst banks in the area and the manager at this location is a real POS
