When my account was compromised United Bank acted immediately. The problem was taken care of in a timely manner. I thank them for their swift and professional action.
Recently had a very bad experience with United Bank. They seem to have no ethics in that they are willing to change things to suit them. I was selling a real estate property to one of their clients, United wrote a pre-approval letter, and then when the person went for the loan they not the bank asked for a larger loan, which United asked for more down payment which the client did not have.
