My staff hands me a bag and says go deposit this. I run through the drive through and drop it off. LNever looked in the bag. There was an un signed check and a note asking for change. The young lady who works there looks in our corporate account somehow finds my cell number and calls me. I come back the following day and I am too early. She calls me again says “I see you out there want to come to the drive through I can help you now” before the bank opens! What a great bank! What a great teller!
Mobile banking app is rubbish and has been from the start. It almost makes me want to change banks altogether. Don't open an account with United if you like smooth, simple mobile banking, or if you need money when you need it and not 10 days after making a deposit. United Bank is consistently a day late and a dollar short.
Beautiful Bank in the old Post office
They took a certified check from me told me it would be available in am. I went and spent on a tab I have. Went to bank to only find they out a ten day hold on my money.
Parking situation is not good. Not very convenient.
