We are a military family and I bank with USAA. Every now and then something small comes up that requires a physical bank, and my USAA rep assured me that any local bank should be able to help. I explained to the teller that I had a USAA account and didn’t have a physical branch I could visit. Before I could even finish explaining what I needed, the teller pointed at the door and said there's the door. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.
Just the worst bank… super slow non caring staff just deposited a check and they are put a hold on it for 11 days…modern banking ? Not here ..no Zelle just way behind the times…choose another bank if you can
