the below response is a lie. The car broke the same day i bought it, the rooftop window flew away, the car wouldn t start at all. I lost the case because i didnt send the paper on time and multiple people contacted me because had the same issue. Dont buy from them, the will scam you. and as you can see below, lie about it. i didn t do any service on the car. Karma wil lget you
I contacted United Autos NSW on 17 August 2026 after accidentally transferring $1,000 into their bank account. I realised my mistake and contacted the dealership immediately, explaining that the payment had been made in genuine error and providing proof of the transaction. I had previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership, which is the only reason I still had their banking details. Disappointing experience, but ultimately resolved I’m updating my original review now that the matter has been resolved. I initially dealt with Charlie and paid a refundable deposit to reserve a vehicle. Despite taking the deposit to hold the car, the vehicle was subsequently sold to another customer. I was extremely disappointed with how this was handled, particularly as I had paid the deposit on the understanding that the vehicle was being reserved for me.
