Seems to be if a job is too stressful, difficult, or hard they will pass it along as if there is no issue. I’m no mechanic but had to self diagnose my own vehicle. After showing the front desk guy, (who I won’t name) a video of my problem we agreed on the same issue a possible flywheel gear. After the “inspection” the shops says it was my battery connection making the grinding sound. I get a battery is a major component lol but not the problem. I was told the Flywheel was fine.
