This has to be the number one worst insurance you can ever come across. If you ever get hit by one of their insured drivers you will come across the worst customer service, the adjuster is always too busy to take your calls and you’ll be put on outrageously long holds. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with United Automobile Insurance Company has been extremely disappointing. My accident occurred on December 11, 2025, and more than two months later, I am still waiting for proper documentation, updates, and resolution from my assigned adjuster, Janice Guzman.
