I normally do not leave reviews, but after my experience with this insurance company, I feel people deserve to know what I went through. After being involved in an accident with my Tesla, communication from this company was extremely poor from the very beginning. My assigned adjuster was highly unprofessional and failed to keep me updated throughout the entire claims process. We had a claim and the adjuster Davilet Arce was fantastic. She was communicative, attentive and very persistent reaching out to the other party (who was being difficult to reach) and was able to get my claim processed. It took about 3 weeks but we will finally start repairs soon. Thank you Ms Davilet and UAIC!
