Es una pésima empresa de seguros. Tengo desde hace 50 días un reclamo para cambio del vidrio panorámico de mi carro que sufrió al caer una piedra y golpearlo por una autopista en Orlando Florida. This company is horrible, never responds to anything. Their diver ran a red light but the cop couldn't prove it. Then over a month after an accident they tell me they can't prove whose fault the accident was. BS company. GET A CAMERA FOR YOUR CAR. So these companies have to pay for their horrible lying drivers.

Awesome person, Evelyn she contact to me today in the Morning, about my claim, and 4 hours after she resolved my claim, she call me with the estimated, closed the check today, she is very responsible, I recommended her and the United Automobile Insurance

Our vehicle has been immobilized since March 30th due to an incident involving a vehicle insured by your company. Despite repeated attempts, we have been unable to reach a claims adjuster. Our calls are transferred repeatedly and ultimately directed to voicemail. Furthermore, we are unable to locate our claim online. Unless we receive prompt assistance, we will be pursuing legal action. This situation is unacceptable and causing significant hardship.
