Slimy Company that will act like you won a free system. Every alarm company in the world runs that fake program. They pay employees like crap and drive time is paid 1/2 of your hourlyone way and nothing for return trip. which they pay employees in cash to cover up shit and I'd assume to save on taxs. Illegal! Honestly you would be better off using any other company.
Mountain Alarm is such a great company to both work for and provide service to our customers I feel that everyone here at mountain deffinatly gives their all and as an installer I love getting customers all they were looking for in cameras, access control and home automation!
New business, needed some extinguishers and advice. They were out within 20 minutes and had them installed within 40! Great service!

Incompetent thieves! Billed us for a finished job that was never finished. When we finally got them out to finish it, they doubled the original bill. They never could explain what they did for the first half of the bill. Outrageous!
I've done extensive research into regional security companies and have been completely satisfied with Mountain Alarm. Their free home or business assessment, installation, monitoring and customer service have been top notch. My system is cellular, so I don't need a phone line and I can interact with it (lights, thermostat, door locks, garage door, etc) via my smartphone or iPad (even my smartwatch). The installer 'Rick' is a very nice person. He knows the product and if he doesn't he will find out. Unfortunitally, I had so many problems with my alarm not sending signal due to internet problems, service issues and equipment problems. I would NOT recommend this company. I've spent close to two grand setting up my two homes and when I want to cancel two months early they wouldn't let me off the hook for the two months. Extremely knowledgeable in Fire Extinguishers and local Fire Safety code. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fire safety company.
