I have tried to get my car for 2 days and the release has been sent 3 times letting them know I paid everything and to release my car to me and I get hung up on or no call back. I will be contacting upper management to make sure this is fixed! Keeping peoples vehicle so they have to pay is not only unprofessional but it’s fraud.
