Garbage terrible service they will rippe you off they won't even puck up the phone and call the Other insurance company that was liable for hitting you to get you the information on the driver that hit your car. That's how trash they are. They just want your money and do nothing for you. Stay away from these crooks.
Don't bother getting any coverage from this company, my wife had an accident in july 2023, it's December 2024 and they still haven't paid for the damages, no lawyer will take the case and I'm stuck, AVOID
Had been with them for almost 5 years, no complaints. I had the very lowest bottom of the line insurance on a not so new car. No violations in the past 10 years and as I went to renew today it went up by over $300 to something along the lines of $850! For basic liability! I called Progressive and am paying for the same policy $430 for a year. Half what they tried to charge me. Their customer service agents are beyond helpful and pleasant though.
Ok so this morning I enrolled with UAI with the basic auto insurance coverage they have. Sally, the young lady from the desplaines office was the agent that I talked to about my new policy and that processed my payment for the year. A few hours later I received my Docusign documents to my email for me to sign. I was looking through them and noticed that the roadside assistance and towing boxes were not checked off. My daughter car was stolen and now it’s just gone. This company has other insurance companies under them that don’t do nothing to help people. I told them they need to drop American Alliance. Why would you represent companies that deny all claims. All the reviews I read on this company was horrible. We work to hard and pay them monthly and this is the treatment we get. Most definitely going to court!
