Their lending company is predatory and the fine print is a pitfall. Cars are fixed just enough to get them off the lot. Warranties aren't honored and ignored. They do state inspections so they can pass the lemons that they sell.
BAD MATH - TRYING TO PULL FAST ONES - If I could give zero stars I would. This place is an embarrassment to the modern world of car buying and I have reported them to the BBB. I contacted them online and was working with a guy named Matt who the whole way through was less than thrilled to be doing his job. I left that to just a blah personality. customer came into the finance office on her cell phone and wanted to go over the numbers while her brother was on speaker phone, she was advised that she could come back with her brother in person to go over all the numbers, and i explained to her that there are privacy laws that were there to protect her and her privacy. at no point did she actually enter the finance office and never were numbers presented to her from the finance office, paperwork was not printed because she refused to enter the finance office unless we wo... read more
