I met Jackie and Kailey at cracker barrel the day my windshield was cracked with a rock. I was just gonna ask a couple of questions since I saw them with United auto glass shirts on. They went out of their way to get me set up with an appointment. Thanks for that. My car was fixed in the parking lot while I was working. Thank y'all so much for making me feel like a priority and getting my jeep fixed so fast

ETA: I received a refund from United Auto Glass for one unsatisfactory windshield repair. We had two cracked/chipped windshields, both repaired at United Auto Glass. Both windshields still have very visible defects. I am worried that as we move into colder weather, the defects will expand. United Auto Glass was amazing from start to finish! The entire process was smooth, and the communication was better than any company I’ve worked with before — you actually get to talk to a real person. I had a repair done, and they were upfront from the beginning that the look wouldn’t change, but it would keep the glass from splitting. On top of that, they replaced my side view mirrors and the regulator on my passenger side. This locally owned and operated company truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
