This was my first and last experience with them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their prices are outrageous and employees are not the friendliest. Very disappointed in overall service.
UNITED AUTO GLASS AND MADISONVILLE GARAGE DOOR ARE THE SAME COMPANY OR SISTER COMPANIES IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN. I HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES WITH BOTH. I WAS TOLD A DOOR I ORDERED WOULD BE INSTALLED IN 4 WEEKS... IT TOOK NEARLY 4 MONTHS. I ORDERED 4 CUSTOM CUT WINDOWS THAT WERE TO BE INSTALLED A WEEK LATER. A WEEK LATER WHEN NO ONE SHOWED UP I CALLED. I WAS TOLD THEY NO LONGER CUT GLASS. I HAVE TO KEEP MY CUSTOMERS HAPPY ALSO... THEY HAVE TWICE PUT ME BEHIND SCHEDULE. NOT A DEPENDABLE GROUP OF PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
