I had a really great experience at United Auto Centre. It’s honestly hard to find a mechanic you can trust these days, but these guys are the real deal. Honest, reliable family business I travelled from Ottawa to Toronto to see my parents my car give me problems on the way. I asked my nephew if he had a mechanic to look at my car as I didn't feel safe to drive back home. He recommended United Auto Centre. This shop is a fantastic family business. They are kind, patient, honest, and clearly care about doing the job right. I’m a repeat customer and won’t go anywhere else. Johnny and Josie are the best!
I requested the date for the tire change. I was rudely told it’s too much to ask for a specific time to do the job and I was told not to call here again. I won’t and don’t recommend anyone to do so. You will be treated like garbage as if you owe them something.
