Took our Jeep to United after a deer wanted to play Frogger and lost. We felt welcomed and they went over in detail the process and helped talk to the insurance so I didn't have to play middle man. Got to use a decent loaner vehicle during the repair process and was kept in the loop the entire time and they answered any questions we had. The repair quality was excellent with genuine parts like he said they would be. Hopefully God willing we never hit anything again but if we do I know I'll be calling United.
Needed a replacement rear windshield installed on a Ram 1500. Dropped it off after hours on Saturday. Picked it up Monday afternoon. Cheapest price around. Great communication too.

I recently had the opportunity to use United after I caused severe damage to the side of a truck. The entire side of the truck bed needed to be removed, replaced and repainted. United responded to my request quickly, gave a detailed estimate, scheduled and completed the repair promptly while providing a loaner vehicle. The quality of work was outstanding and the process straightforward and simple. I happily recommend United auto body and will take any future projects to them. Thank you for the great service!
