I brought my Acadia to this shop to investigate why the A/C system was empty, suspecting a possible leak. I specifically asked the mechanic not to proceed with any repairs or recharging without first explaining what he planned to do. Despite that, he went ahead and recharged the system without any prior approval and charged me for it. Worse, he told me to come back when the A/C is close to running out again so they could do diagnosis on it — which makes no sense.
