I was 5 months postpartum when I started attending Steph’s Pilates class! I’m am really thankful that I tried it out because I have been going every Saturday since! It’s a wonderful group of ladies to workout with! I highly recommend it! Steph’s a wonderful instructor and is extremely welcoming!
I've been taking classes here since November. I love it! I especially like pilates and girl's weightlifting. I'm definitely getting stronger. The prices at this gym are reasonable.
Clean, friendly, welcoming, no matter what level you are are they meet you there.
United Athletics is amazing! I did an 8 week fall program with them which included personal sessions and group classes! Very friendly atmosphere, I plan to sign up for their 8 week winter program!
Great little gym. Owners are very helpful and friendly. Love the yoga classes.
