Unfortunately, my dad bought me a top bottom whirlpool refrigerator from this business back in May of this year. The fridge had a 90 day warranty on it and I needed techs to come out At least 2 times within those 90 days to fix the fridge because it would stop getting cold. The first time they told me that the freezer was too loaded even though yes, we had a full freezer, but there was still air flow. They fixed it and we learned our lesson. They want to charge me $50 to help me press buttons on my stove. I called yesterday about it and they set the appointment time to 3 pm to 4 pm. I called today to confirm and he had no knowledge of the appointment and said if they do come out I would have to pay someone $50.00. That's $50.00 to be in my house less than 5 minutes and press buttons on my stove 😂. I could understand a $10.00 fee BUT $50.00! The business is 5 to 4 minutes away.
