They want to charge me $50 to help me press buttons on my stove. I called yesterday about it and they set the appointment time to 3 pm to 4 pm. I called today to confirm and he had no knowledge of the appointment and said if they do come out I would have to pay someone $50.00. That's $50.00 to be in my house less than 5 minutes and press buttons on my stove 😂. I could understand a $10.00 fee BUT $50.00! The business is 5 to 4 minutes away. Had him repair my Samsung side by side refrigerator (compressor was bad) I have had nothing but problems with it since they have came out a few times it has a freon leak so they had a guy come out and charge it then said they will come pick it up to fix it to call him when it stops working mean while my food has gone bad twice and he is saying that if the leak isn't at the compressor they want to charge us for the repair when it never leaked before they touched it.
