If I could give this company 0 stars....trust me I would. This company will only do the bare minimum when your home is under warranty then wait to charge you on the items they did not properly fix when it is no longer under warranty. They will NOT provide you service records for your residence and refuse to simply give a call back when requested. Liberty Homes Builders need to go with another AC company because this one is trash!!
I can’t here over how fast and nice to me. I called them with low expectations due to other companies who have gave me back service, but the guy answering the phone was so nice and helpful. I scheduled the appointment still hesitant but the techs were beyond helpful. The technician Federico spent almost an hour giving me tips on how to make sure my system doesn’t have any issues again, he was very honest and wanted to make sure I knew what was going on.
