I was transferred twice in the last couple of weeks due to some complications with surgery I had. They were very respectful and and concerned about my needs and Comfortability. Their was one EMT that was so kind and talked with me the whole way. I think they are a great team!
this company is a joke. They have messed up my billing (for one night of service) multiple times now. They had the completely wrong address (never gave them the address they had on file) and had never sent the trip notes to insurance. After calling them multiple times to correct the problems (which were the company’s fault) they finally send the claim and trip notes to my home address rather than to my insurance provider.
