They charge money for doing nothing. They were rude and made a lot of accuses what did wrong. They come in and said that we need to get new refigrator. They didn't even try to fix it. They Suck
I would not recommend using this organization. The technician did not put anything on his shoes when he entered our home and was rough with our appliances. As a result, he scratched our floor. When I called to complain about the damage there was no accountability from the organization or the technician. Highly recommend utilizing an alternative.
