I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with United Airlines Cargo at Dulles Airport. Over the course of two days, I encountered a series of issues that I find hard to overlook. Firstly, the physical state of the location was unsatisfactory. It was evident that little effort was made to maintain cleanliness, and the place was in disarray.
