Delayed flights that take you to the wrong city
Went on board the planes were clean, however, traveling from Akron to Chicago O’Hare to Springfield and then back from Springfield to Chicago to Akron Canton with a nightmare. All told we had about 10 delays in our flights the gate attendance treated us as if we were an interruption of their day. The only bright spot with the lady in Africa. Canton would returned who very efficiently took a report of the missing luggage and expedited the plan to get it delivered to our house overall I would not recommend United Airlines.
