Sarah (and Jordan) saved my day. Lufthansa canceled on me, and Sarah battled through ever hold, representatives, and fought for me to get a full refund. Amazing customer service in a stressful situation. Thank you Sarah!
My daughter and I flew to Texas from Nevada and back. They treated us well. We will fly United again.
Have had terrible experiences in the past, but gave them another shot. When you get up at 4am for an early morning flight to start your long awaited vacation, only to be informed at boarding you now have a FOUR HOUR delay because they staffed incorrectly. Then (of course) our return flight was also an hour delayed. Service is subpar and never makes up for any of the experience. Never flying United.
