Horrible customer service experience. The two employees working at the front desks at gates C3 and C8 were extremely rude and unprofessional. Our flight had already been delayed for approximately two hours, and we were simply trying to find out which gate we were being moved to. When we asked the employee at C8 for information, his response was, “You can wait in line and find out,” and he said it with a dismissive attitude.
