The staff, pilots and all the passengers were all very friendly and accommodating, I am traveling with three Little kiddos and so many people volunteered to help…this is my self care trip to Florida to be with family.
No leg room on flights and seats do not recline. They cram you in like livestock, and no normal sized adult is comfortable in any way. Overhead storage is always full because they added too many extra seats/chairs to the airplanes. What a scam.
4 leg trip from Florida to Oregon. First leg delayed 3x for 3.5 hours. 2nd leg cancelled. Had to get a hotel and they said that the next available flight was 48 hours. Told customer service that was unacceptable. Ended up 24 hours extra in San Francisco. While boarding at the gate there were 3 customers waiting to board who apparently got bumped.
