I forgot to check in early but they helped me get from Great Falls Montana to Oklahoma City without any problems!!! They are friendly and offer the best customer support!!!
Great customer service and super nice people. I will definitely continue to use United going forward based on the service I received in Helena.
After five hours of delays and being unable to exit the airport because TSA had gone home, why not cancel the flight so we can get some rest and food?! And why is the airplane AC 8 degrees? Miserable.
