They actively lied about automatic rebooking flight cancellations. Worse flight customer experience I’ve ever had.
Delayed my first flight of the day because they way over booked, that caused my small children and I to miss our connecting flight. The connecting flight was then also delayed by an hour and a half. Reached out to their customer service and they intentionally told me I was only delayed and hour and a half, gave me $75 vouchers for me and my two kids tickets.
