The fact that United TSA touchless....THE BEST THING EVER!!!!
My girlfriend flew from Raleigh to Chicago then to Wisconsin. Left her bag in the overhead an hasn't heard back in over a month now. The only person still on the plane when she got off was the crew so they're thieves.
I have so much respect for service workers, but the United staff at RDU might be actual demons. How about treating others like human beings?

I fly my kids back and forth from NC to WY to see their dad, and this visit to RDU was horrible and EMBARRASSING! The customer service and speed the staff move is ridiculous, but thats always been, but the Real ID thing.....Whew! Yes, I'm aware, to fly, the Real ID (stupid yellow star on your license) is required. I don't have that star bc getting an appt at the DMV is a nightmare, but I only drop my kids off to board the plane and not fly. We'll, they tried making me pay $45 bc I don't have the Real ID star on my license. I... read more
