If I could I would give ZERO Absolutely unacceptable customer service from United Airlines. Our flight from Newark (EWR) to Montreal was delayed, and at the gate, United staff explicitly told us that the delay was a gate/ground operational issue. I am old enough to know better. Frequent flier all around the world. This time I was traveling from Split, Croatia to Newark, NJ. The flight (UA-306) was smooth, no delays and accommodation comfortable. The crew is outstanding. They treat you with warmth, kindness and respect. DON'T FLY UNITED!!! We were on the runway waiting for 3 hours watching other planes taking off, only to be brought back to the gate and united blaming it in the weather
