I am old enough to know better. Frequent flier all around the world. This time I was traveling from Split, Croatia to Newark, NJ. The flight (UA-306) was smooth, no delays and accommodation comfortable. The crew is outstanding. They treat you with warmth, kindness and respect. DON'T FLY UNITED!!! We were on the runway waiting for 3 hours watching other planes taking off, only to be brought back to the gate and united blaming it in the weather
Diverted to Philadelphia because of no fuel United Airlines come on and then circling for one hour unbelievable no Wi-Fi working on the plane never flying United and a baby crying for three hours straight
United did not clearly state that there would not be inflight entertainment available for a 7 hour flight. I would have looked into other travel options had I known my wife would be stuck without entertainment on such long travel
