Old airplanes with no room for a regular carry on ..they always have you check your bags.They run a scam were they ask you to pay to to upgrade your boarding status.. but still end up having to check your bags. I only fly them when no option..

They lost my child’s care seat leaving us stranded and it’s been a nightmare to get them to resolve it. They have been avoiding responding within the time period they set and they are avoiding picking up my call when I call their support line, just keep trying to push me in the call waited queue. Terrible customer support

I flew SFO-Munich on Dec 15 on United 194 and Munich-SFO on Dec 18 on United 195. Both times business. A couple of times I heard some fellow passengers say things like “United flight attendants are old..” on the merit of the comment, it would be great if we all behaved in line with basic workplace ethics even during personal travel and refrain from these kind of comments. if i could give them zero stars i would. we sat in the plane at the reno airport for over THREE HOURRRRRRS after we ‘almost’ took off, but right before we got in the air, the pilot slammed the brakes on and stopped the plane. He then taxied back to the gate and proceeded to tell us that there was a ‘warning’- allegedly the oil gauge was saying something wrong with the pressure. Many reassurances that it would be “a quick fix as soon as the maintenance tech gets here”, an attempt to reroute a half a dozen of us (with no luck ... read more
