Will definitely spend the extra money next time and fly delta. United airlines has way too many delays. 15.00 food voucher for the inconvenience is NOT worth the hassle. Worst day of flying ever

United Airlines lost my luggage on a weeklong international trip and has not been at all helpful in locating it. Customer service at every level has been absolutely abysmal. Avoid flying with United Airlines if there is any alternative.

Getting scammed today on a flight to San Antonio which has a layover in Houston by United who claims that there is terrible weather in Houston and had to make a emergency landing in New Orleans and come to find out the weather in Houston is 70 and really nice. No wind, no rain, no snow, just really nice weather. The pilots are clearly lying about the situation. I don’t feel comfortable flying United ever again!

Each any every ground person is completely and totally useless. Why keep them if the answer is always call the customer care/scan this barcode/ go to this website.
