Last Sunday flew from Newark to New Orleans. Not worthy of a first class price. Props to flight attendant Constance for doing her best when none of the situations were her fault. Promote her. The seat on 1E did not initially recline, which is not great for a crabby grampa with an ancient back. A gent was kind enough to switch seats with me, and he figured out if you put your feet up on the bulkhead, you can get the chair to glide backwards. United changed the schedule on my flight UA2770 (New Orleans–Chicago), making it impossible to make my connecting flight UA2417 to Montreal, a change decided unilaterally by the airline, with no alternative offered in time. Well after being delayed for 3 hours with and hour on the tarmac.(i called to see if there was delays and they waited til we were in the air headed to Houston to send a text stating we had an hour delay which turned to 3+ hours) 😡😠🤬 And a rude stewardess 😠😡🤬 Lets just say that united should issue credits that's are good for a year or more. 😠😡🤔
