United Air Temp came out twice and completely misdiagnosed my HVAC issue. They kept blaming my thermostat, saying it was causing a fuse to blow—so instead of actually finding the problem, they removed my Nest and Ecobee and replaced them with basic thermostats. If a fuse is blowing, that’s a deeper issue. They just didn’t want to diagnose it.
